in Grilled Chicken with Simple Cucumber Mitch Salad
Just chop up 1 cucumber, 2 Roma tomatoes, 1 green onion, 1 clove garlic minced. Then throw in 2 Tablespoons of olive oil and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour one cup of hot sauce on chicken. Let it sit for 30 mins. Then put those Mitches on the grill till the chicken has those beautiful grill marks.

Howdy y’all! I just got back to Philly from a trip to Nashville where I was surrounded by all sorts of temptations like beer and their famous breaded “hot chicken”, neither of which I indulged in! You know why? Because I’m a Mitch! I’d rather have something healthy like chicken thighs and asparagus. Is it simple, tasty, and healthy? Mitch please!

Low Carb Chicken Nuggets

If you have kids (or even if you don’t) I’m sure you’ve been talked in to going to Chick Fil A because of their yummy food and, of course, that germ filled play area that the kids love so much. Since I stopped eating fast food I had to find something to scratch that Mitch Itch. I found this recipe on Ruled Me for Zesty Low Carb Chicken Nuggets. The Kids wanted Chick-Fil-A, but I found a way to make better chicken nuggets that were wayyyyyy healthier for them! I’m outta town right now, but I will be back posting soon and bring some healthy ideas for a healthy lifestyle! Will I ever go back to fast food? Mitch please!
